A. We make it as simple as possible for you at Mr. Ship It! You place your order on the online store of your choice and include your FREE US shipping address. You can also come into our Rosetta St. location and place your order via our purchase assistance process or arrange for us to pick your packages up from Ft. Lauderdale and/or Miami. Once the package arrives at our Ft. Lauderdale location, it then ships on the next available flight.

A. You can sign up here. Once you’ve signed up with us, you will receive your FREE US address. If you do not receive the address after sign up, please contact our customer service reps at 328-SHIP (7447) or email us at hello@mrshipit.com.

A. Use YOUR NAME (first and last) in the name field and fill in the address fields with our exact U.S address as given to you.

A. After your package arrives at our Miami location, it will sent on the next available flight (currently we have flights arriving on 2-3 times a week will increase soon!). You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

A: Use our Price Calculator to discover how? At Mr. Ship It, you are billed for Freight. We have two ways of charging for freight: Actual Weight and Dimensional weight (whichever is the best).

Actual weight is the amount of pounds the package weighs.

Dimensional weight is used when the package’s size greatly exceeds the actual weight of the item. This results in a relatively light package taking up more space on the plane.

The calculation for dimensional weight is : Length x Width x Height (cubic inches) / 139 = Dimensional Weight.

For example: a sneaker is shipped which weighs 5 pounds, and measures 20 x 9 x 10 inches, would be charged as if it weighed 12.95 pounds: (20 x 9 x 10)/139 = 12.95 pounds.

Customs duty is charged and implemented by the government and varies by item. Please click here to view the current customs duty percentages.

A. Our Super Gift Registry allows you to create a list of items you find online for your special occasion (weddings, baby showers, birthdays) that you would like others to purchase for you. We create a registry and the buyers come in and buy the items. The items are then shipped to our Rosetta St. location for pick up. This service ensures you get exactly what you want from where you want at the lowest price.

A. Soon to come. You receive points for each shipment you bring through Mr. Ship It. These points can be converted to freight credit toward your shipments. The more you ship, the more points you earn.

A. To make things easier for you, you can arrange for us to pick up those packages from Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area stores for a low rate. You also can make purchases and drop your packages off at our Fort Lauderdale location. Click here to find out more.
