The Customer Service Manager will be charged with the further development, training, and management of the Customer Success Team (CST).
This department will be comprised of Customer Success Agents (and other customer facing employees) manning the company's call center, helpdesk system,
cashiers, and in-person
customer interaction.
Our locations are one of if not the most critical touch points of our operations. Customers interact with us as a company directly/physically at our store locations.
The Location Manager will be charged with ensuring that locations are running efficiently and effectively. From ensuring cashiers are pleasant and giving the best customer service to Warehouse Agents retrieving packages accurately and quickly.
