US Pickups & Drop-offs

Found a great deal on a local marketplace or a store that only offers in-person pickup? We can collect it for you from the seller in South Florida and bring it home to The Bahamas, so a “local pickup only” listing is no longer a dead end.

When a pickup makes sense

• Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist and OfferUp purchases where the seller will not post the item.
• Furniture, appliances and other bulky items that stores deliver only within a local radius.
• Car parts, tools and equipment from trade suppliers that do not ship to residential addresses.
• Anything you have already bought that is sitting at a store's customer-service desk.

How it works

1. Buy your item and arrange pickup with the seller.
2. Send us the pickup details (address, contact, what it is) and pay the pickup fee.
3. We collect the item and bring it to our Miami Lakes warehouse.
4. It ships home with your next order, clears customs, and is held at your pickup location.

Drop-offs

Travelling in Florida yourself? You, a friend or a family member can drop packages at our Miami Lakes warehouse during business hours. Label them with your suite number and they join your account like any courier delivery. The address and hours are on the locations page.

The pickup fee is charged in addition to standard freight, duty and VAT, which you can estimate with the shipping calculator.
